Origins of the algorithm

Published in 2003, EigenTrust helps networked peers measure the level of trust placed on one another in a peer-to-peer network. Our reputation protocol avails the power of EigenTrust algorithm to Web3, by providing a framework where developers can bring data that captures pairwise trust information, and compute and publish peer-to-peer trust scores.
